How to prevent app using data on iPhone

One of the most common issues that many iPhone owners face is data overuse.

Excessive data usage can cause your monthly data limit to be exceeded, resulting in expensive overage charges.

there are a few simple steps you can take to help prevent your apps from using too much data on your iPhone.

Use Wi-Fi when available. Whenever you're in a place with a Wi-Fi connection, make sure to connect your iPhone to it.

Doing so will prevent your apps from using the cellular data connection, and will help you stay within your data limit.

Set data alerts. You can set up alerts to notify you when you reach certain data usage levels.

This can help you keep track of your data usage and ensure that you don’t exceed your data limit.

To do this, open the Settings app and tap “Cellular.” From there, you can tap “Data Usage.”

On the next screen, you can set the data usage limit and select when you want the alert to be triggered.
