Assuming you have an iPhone and an Apple Watch, you may be wondering how to sync the two devices.
Before you begin, make sure that your iPhone and Apple Watch are powered on and within range of each other.
To check for updates, open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap General -> Software Update.
Once your devices are all up-to-date, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
Tap the My Watch tab, then scroll down and tap General -> Software Update.
If there is an update available for your watch, tap Download and Install.
Once your devices are up-to-date, it's time to start syncing them.
On your iPhone, open the Settings app and tap Bluetooth. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on, then look for your Apple Watch under the "My Devices" section.
Tap the info button next to your watch, then tap "Pair new device."
Once your devices are paired, you can start syncing them. To do this, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab.
Tap the type of data you want to sync, such as Contacts or Calendars, then turn on the switch next to Sync.
